Soul Space Spring Sadhana
This limited master class series celebrate Spring with a challenging vinyasa class each Monday to start your week with. Though each class will include a blend of breathwork, warm up poses, a standing sequence and different elements blended together, there will be a specific focus for each class.
5 May focus on hips
12 May focus on back bends
19 May focus on the core
26 May focus on arm balances
Though some variations will be given as progressions develop, it is not recommended for those very new to yoga.
