Join Michael for this limited master class series with a challenging vinyasa class each tuesday in march. Though each class will include a blend of breathwork, warm up poses, a standing sequence and different elements blended together, there will be a specific focus for each class. Register here.
march 3 – forward folds
march 10 – hips
march 17 – back bends
march 24 – core
march 31 – arm balances
Though some variations will be given as progressions develop, it is not recommended for those very new to yoga.
