limited vinyasa series @ soulspace


Join Michael for this limited master class series, featuring a challenging vinyasa class each Tuesday in March. Each class will include a blend of breathwork, warm-up poses, a standing sequence, and other elements, with a specific focus for each session.

  • March 3 – Focus on forward folds

  • March 10 – Focus on hips

  • March 17 – Focus on backbends

  • March 24 – Focus on the core

  • March 31 – Focus on arm balances

While some variations will be offered as progressions develop, this series is not recommended for those very new to yoga. Please register here.
