The Subtle Art of Embodied Practice: Alignment, Awareness & the Art of Touch

Experience a Teacher Training Weekend

We are opening one of the core modules from our 300H Teacher Training to external participants. This immersive weekend offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice, explore the principles behind intelligent movement, and experience the depth of a Teacher Training without committing to the full programme.

JOIN A SINGLE SESSION OR IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE COMPLETE FIVE-SESSION WEEKEND..

Weekend Format

Over three days, you'll have the opportunity to attend five individual sessions combining dynamic practice with practical workshops.

  • Attend individual sessions or the full weekend

  • Morning practices integrating asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation

  • Afternoon workshops exploring alignment, anatomy and the art of touch

What You'll Explore

Yoga is more than learning postures - it is an invitation to inhabit the body with greater awareness, ease and presence. These sessions explore how alignment, breath and mindful touch can transform the way we move, helping us find stability without rigidity, strength without tension, and freedom within the form of each posture.

Throughout the weekend, you'll discover practical tools to enrich your practice and teaching, including:

  • Alignment principles for greater stability, ease and freedom

  • Breath, bandhas and embodied movement

  • Applied anatomy for a safer, more intelligent practice

  • Hands-on assists and the art of mindful touch

  • Observation skills and injury prevention

  • Refining awareness on and off the mat
